The full review
The MateBook X Pro is what happens when a phone maker builds a laptop: obsessive attention to thinness (under 1kg), a stunning 3K touchscreen with almost no bezels, and build quality that rivals anything from Cupertino.
For professionals shuttling between meetings, the weight is transformative — it genuinely disappears in a bag. The keyboard is comfortable for long writing sessions, the trackpad is excellent, and Huawei's multi-screen collaboration is clever if you carry a Huawei phone.
The catches: the webcam hides awkwardly under a keycap, ports are USB-C only, and warranty/service support in Kenya is thinner than Dell or HP. Buy from a seller with clear local warranty terms.
